Dr. Renu Ahuja has been married for 23 years and is part of a joint family. She is also the proud mother of her 21-year-old son, Abhishek Korian Ahuja.

But behind the woman she is today lies a journey marked by many difficult moments.

There were times when Renu felt unsupported, cornered, outcasted, and betrayed, even by people she considered family and friends. For a long time, she feared losing people and being alone. She kept giving, kept adjusting, and allowed others to behave as they wished because she had become a people-pleaser with very little self-worth, self-esteem, or boundaries.

Then came the moment when she began choosing herself.

She started investing in her own transformation by enrolling in coaching courses and exploring Tarot and Numerology. As she learned more about life, relationships, people, family, and herself, she discovered a powerful truth: she had to change the way she valued herself before expecting others to do so.

Today, Dr. Renu loves her own company.

She no longer chases; she believes in attracting what is meant for her. She has learned to create healthy boundaries, step back when she is not valued or supported, and maintain her silence and dignity. With compassion and respect for herself and others, she believes in living without judgment and embracing the philosophy of “Live and let live.”

For Renu, self-love is not an idealistic concept, it is something she consciously practices in real life.

She believes in choosing herself and making space for “me time.” Every morning, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, she participates in her Morning Energiser, setting the tone and energy for the day ahead.

She has also learned that she does not have to constantly be available to everyone. She helps and guides people when she is asked, whether at home or outside, but she no longer feels the need to carry everyone's responsibilities.

Dr. Renu is proud of the woman she has become, a Queen who chooses compassion and respect, even when she is not chosen or supported by others.

Instead of fighting for attention or forcing her presence where she is not valued, she takes a step back, keeps her distance, and embraces silence.

She is immensely proud to be a VG Mrs India Central Zone title holder and the recipient of the Voice That Inspires title in Season 8, 2026. Being named a MrsFabb Finalist 2026 is another milestone in her journey.

But perhaps her greatest pride lies in one unwavering belief: She does not give up on herself, on God, on the Universe, or on her destiny.
