Bibi Venugopal, Regional Manager – SAARC and VG Mrs India Finesse 2026 2nd Runner-Up, is a woman who wears many hats with grace, corporate strategist, pet parent, mother, avid reader, lover of dance and music, and an advocate of sustainable fashion. Her journey is one of resilience, rediscovery, and choosing herself again.
Through her story, LiveWabiSabi celebrates a woman who turned a difficult chapter into an opportunity to revive the confident, expressive woman within her, reminding women of every age that it is never too late to begin again, prioritise yourself, and dare to become who you truly are.
Her WabiSabi Life Story
Like Kintsugi, where broken pottery is repaired with gold and its cracks become part of its beauty, Bibi’s journey has been shaped by a moment that changed her deeply.
A traumatic experience left her scared for life. The once-extroverted Bibi became socially anxious, introverted, and less confident in herself. But somewhere within her, that extroverted woman was still waiting to return.
The pageant became a turning point. VG Mrs India Pageant 2026, gave Bibi an opportunity to step outside her comfort zone, revive the extroverted side of herself, prioritise her own needs, and begin regenerating a new version of herself.
Her pageant journey also brought her remarkable recognition. She emerged as the 2nd Runner-Up of VG Mrs India Finesse 2026, while also earning the titles of VG Pathbreaker and VG Humanitarian.
For Bibi, the crown represents far more than a pageant achievement. It represents a woman finding her way back to herself. And that transformation is perhaps her most beautiful victory.

Her Daily Dose of SelfLoveShots
For Bibi, self-love isn't about an idealised routine. It is about creating space for the things that genuinely bring her joy and peace.
Her fur babies are an important part of that everyday love, both the ones at home and the street fur babies she cares for. She also makes 90 minutes of working out a priority.
And then comes her non-negotiable destress time: time that belongs entirely to her, where she simply does whatever she feels like doing, without restrictions. For Bibi, self-love is permission, to pause, breathe, move, enjoy, and put herself on the list.
Her Proudest Moment
Sometimes the moments that make us proud aren't the ones we expect.
For Bibi, one such moment happened while travelling to Bangalore.
Fellow passengers realised that a crown was coming home with her. Their happiness and excitement touched her deeply. Knowing that she could bring a little joy to strangers, even if only for a few moments, made her incredibly proud. It reminded her that achievements become even more meaningful when they create happiness beyond ourselves.

Being Part of LiveWabiSabi Stories
For Bibi, being part of LiveWabiSabi Stories is an opportunity to give voice to her ideas, her transformation, and her experiences.
She hopes that by sharing her journey, someone somewhere may feel inspired to do something more for themselves, to prioritise themselves, believe in themselves, and take that first step towards becoming a newer version of who they are.
Her story is a reminder that our imperfect chapters don't have to define us.
Sometimes, they become the very chapters that teach us how to rebuild.
Her Biggest Cheerleader
Bibi's support system is beautifully woven around the people she loves.
Apart from her daughter, son, and her Mai (mother-in-law), she credits her spiritual daughter, Aanya, as one of her biggest supporters. Aanya believed in Bibi long before Bibi learned to believe in herself. There were times when Bibi pushed herself to do things simply because she didn't want to break Aanya's heart or disappoint the faith she had placed in her.
Then there is her soulmate-bestie Lakshmi, and her bestie Aditi Bhardwaj, who stood beside her throughout every phase of the pageant journey.
From shopping and brainstorming to being there physically in Delhi despite her own workload, Aditi ensured Bibi always had the moral and physical support she needed.
Behind every confident woman is often a circle of people who quietly remind her of her strength until she can see it herself.

Her Message to Other Women
Bibi's message is simple, powerful, and unapologetic:
We were born to be ourselves, not to be constrained by other people's thoughts, ideas, or rules.
She encourages everyone, irrespective of gender, to live their true identity with their head held high, regardless of what someone else may say or do.
Dare to be You.
Because sometimes, the most courageous thing we can do is stop trying to become who the world expects us to be, and finally become who we were meant to be.
