Meet Neera Paritosh, a teacher for over 33 years, an international life coach, an author of two impactful books — Ripple of Words and PARENTING THE PARENT. Her mission is to change society’s mindset so that people live as happy and healthy citizens with strong values, ultimately nurturing children who become assets to the nation. Her story is being featured by Live Wabi Sabi because it beautifully reflects resilience, wisdom, and her passion to create generational impact through parenting and education.
Her WabiSabiLife Journey:
Through decades of teaching, Neera observed how parents often unknowingly burden children with their unfulfilled dreams, societal pressures, and expectations. She emphasises that every child is unique, and parenting must be about nurturing individuality rather than moulding children into “robots” expected to behave differently in every setting.
According to Neera, parents must remember three truths:
A child is not here to fulfil their unfinished dreams.
Every child is unique and cannot be compared to others.
Parents’ responsibility is to nurture, not judge — guiding children with love, acceptance, and wisdom.

Her core belief is that a child’s role is already decided by life, and parents should provide direction without overburdening them with prejudices or rigid expectations. Success, she insists, is not defined by money, fame, or awards — but by the child’s own values and choices.
To deepen this mission, To deepen this mission, she created the 15 days program 'Better you, Better child' designed to transform parents by helping them understand themselves first, so they can raise their children with clarity & compassion.
Additionally, she authored two books - Ripple of Words & Parenting the Parent, encouraging parents to self-reflect & grow. Both the books are available on Amazon. And out of these two books- 'Ripple of Words' is also available as an audio book on her site, parentingtheparent.org
Her teachings encourage parents to educate themselves not only through formal degrees but also by learning acceptance and embracing truths that often become clear later in life. With her guidance, parents are reminded to step back, allow their children to grow in their own unique ways, and support them in becoming confident individuals driven by their values.
Her Thoughts on Self-Love:
For Neera, self-love is not about luxury, but about encouragement, acceptance, and resilience. It is the quiet strength of believing in herself, even when life challenges her with doubts. She practices self-love by continuously learning, evolving, and never letting negative thoughts break her spirit. By choosing growth over fear, she shows that embracing yourself whole heartedly is the first step to inspiring others.

Her Recent Achievements:
Recently, Neera took a bold step into a new chapter of her own life. She participated in the VG Miss & Mrs. India Pageant 2025 and won the trophy and crown as the second runner-up in the VG Miss India Empress Season-6. This victory reflects her personal mantra of continuous growth, proving that it’s never too late to challenge yourself and shine in new arenas.

Alongside her parenting mission, Neera actively shares inspiring lessons on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, motivating people to embrace self-realization, relationships, values, and personal growth.
Being Part of Wabi Sabi Life Stories:
For Neera, being featured in Wabi Sabi Life Stories is a moment of deep fulfillment. It affirms that her journey — with its imperfections, challenges, and triumphs — can inspire others to embrace their own paths with courage. She sees it as a beautiful platform where real stories of resilience and self-belief remind women that they are enough, just as they are, and that it’s never too late to reinvent themselves or shine.
Her Biggest Cheerleaders:
Neera finds her strongest support system in her family and close well-wishers who constantly encourage her mission. Their belief in her vision of transforming parenting has given her the strength to step onto new platforms — from teaching to life coaching, writing books, and even walking the ramp at a national pageant. She acknowledges their role as her pillars, who remind her that she is never walking this path alone.
Her Message:
Neera leaves us with this wisdom: “Let the child become what he wants to, but teach him to work hard towards his goal. Don’t decide success for him — let him define it. Because in the end, it is his peak he must reach.”
